It was a GREAT Great East!

Students from the MSMS Music Department traveled to Salem, NH, and had a wonderful time performing, as well as hanging out in the park. Of note was the annual Teachers Vs. Students Bumper Cars. See below for some pics. A good time was had by all!

UPCOMING DATES!

TUES. MAY 26TH, 7 PM  SPRING CONCERT
*Dress: Blue T-shirt, nice looking jeans, comfortable shoes (sneakers ok)
*Arrive 6:30 (Concert Band to Cafeteria, Symphonic Band to Band Room, Chorus and
House Band to Chorus Room)

FRI. MAY 29TH    GREAT EAST MUSIC FESTIVAL/CANOBIE LAKE
*Students will wear their Band/Chorus shirts and pants or decent shorts (no
short shorts please) and any kind of comfortable footwear.
*Students check in with their homeroom teacher upon arrival at school and proceed directly to the music area.
*Bus will leave school at 8:45 am (from the Peach Orchard side)
*Bring a bag lunch. We’ll eat on the bus. You can either bring your supper or bring money to buy it at the park. If you bring your own supper we will have to go out to the bus to eat (the park doesn’t allow food to be brought in).
*Keep in mind that any backpacks or purses will have to be left on the bus during
the Music Festival. Once we get to the park they will either have to be left on the
bus or you will have to carry it around all day.
*The bus will return to school (in the front) at approximately 8:00 pm

Dress:
Boys: Black pants, white button down shirt. Tie is optional. 
Girls: Black bottoms (pants or skirt), white top. 
All students should wear dark shoes.

HALLOWEEN takes over MSMS!

This week, Halloween took over the stage at MSMS as we took part in our annual Halloween Assemblies! Three assemblies were held: on Thursday, there was a 7th grade show, and on Friday, there was one for the 8th grade and one for the 6th grade. 

As usual, the MSMS Music Department showcased its many talented students.
